This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and warranty-related claims for products purchased directly from Agronovix.

Agronovix accepts eligible refund and return requests for products purchased directly through authorized Agronovix sales channels, subject to the terms outlined below.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on:

Products purchased through third-party dealers, distributors, or retailers may be subject to the return policies of those sellers.


2. Return Eligibility

  • The product is in original or like-new condition
  • The product has not sustained physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • All included accessories, manuals, packaging, and components are returned
  • The product has not been altered beyond normal testing or inspection

Agronovix reserves the right to inspect all returned products prior to approving a refund.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable unless required by law or covered under warranty:

  • Installation or on-site service charges already performed

4. Smart Equipment & Connected Devices

Agronovix smart agricultural equipment, including connected sprayers, environmental monitoring systems, and IoT-enabled devices, may contain onboard software and cloud-connected services.

Refund eligibility for connected devices may be reduced or denied if:

  • The product has been permanently registered to a commercial fleet
  • Cellular or cloud services have been extensively utilized
  • Firmware has been modified outside approved Agronovix channels
  • Device telemetry or monitoring services have been intentionally disabled or tampered with

Customers experiencing technical issues should contact Agronovix Support before initiating a return.


5. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturing defect within the applicable warranty period, Agronovix may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Replace defective components
  • Issue a partial or full refund

Customers should report shipping damage or product defects within 7 calendar days of delivery whenever possible.

Agronovix may request:

  • Photographs of the damage
  • Serial numbers
  • Diagnostic logs
  • Return shipment of the affected equipment

6. Subscription Services & Software

Agronovix software subscriptions, telemetry services, fleet management platforms, and cloud-based monitoring tools may be billed monthly or annually.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days
  • Trial subscriptions automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial expiration date

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment or production processing.

Once an order has entered production, packaging, or freight scheduling, cancellation fees may apply.

Custom equipment orders may require non-refundable deposits.

Agronovix reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Inventory shortages
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Regulatory or shipping restrictions
  • Inability to fulfill the order

If Agronovix cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund of amounts paid.


8. Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Agronovix explicitly authorizes prepaid return shipping

Large agricultural equipment may require scheduled freight pickup.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged.

Agronovix is not responsible for damage occurring during unauthorized or improperly packaged returns.


9. Inspection & Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refund timing may vary depending on:

  • Freight coordination for large equipment

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.


10. Warranty Coverage

Certain Agronovix products may include limited manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by misuse or operation outside recommended conditions

11. Commercial & Enterprise Purchases

Commercial, government, educational, or enterprise customers operating under signed procurement agreements may be subject to separate return, refund, or warranty terms outlined in their contract.

Where contractual terms conflict with this policy, the applicable agreement shall govern.


12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Agronovix Support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Referral to collections or legal remedies where permitted by law

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agronovix shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Data loss resulting from improper equipment usage

Refunds issued under this policy shall generally not exceed the original purchase price of the applicable product or service.
